With easy-to-use Touchscreen displays, the nuvi 205w can route to addresses, restaurants, hotels and more with turn-by-turn directions and voice guidance. nuvi 205w will say “Turn right in 500 feet.” New appealing features include MSN Direct compatibility, HotFix, Garmin Connect Photos, digital elevation maps, automatic time zone updates and smoother map updates. nuvi 205w is compatible with an optional MSN Direct receiver (GDB 55). This optional MSN Direct receiver provides premium content such as traffic updates, weather, gas prices, enhanced movie listings, stock info, news, local events and a send-to-GPS feature for trip planning. nuvi 205w is the most affordable option, with mapping coverage of the lower 48 states, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Excelent GPS at low price
I bought this GPS at Amazon and arrived perfect in time. The GPS is very accurated and easy to use. Highly recommended for entry level users.
The only thing I don't like is the short life batteries outdoors, and the thing that you cannot exchange batteries, otherwise everything ok. No problem while driving since you can use it plugged in to the 12v charger.

Used side by side with an Omnitech . . .
Had the Garmin 205W for a couple of months and the first time we used in town, on a route we knew how to get to, twice, it would have had us turn into the river!!! This was after recalculating the route. Yesterday, after charging up an Omnitech from Staples (cheap) we plotted the same address to a destination 70 miles from our home.
